Retül Team Sky Pro Cycling Partnership Announced

Retül – provider of the world’s most advanced bike fit products and education services – has again been selected as the official bike fit technology of Team Sky Pro Cycling for the 2013 season. Retül recently sent its Director of Fit Services and Education, Todd Carver, to the Team Sky training camp in Mallorca, Spain. At the camp, Carver worked closely with the team staff to ensure that the riders were precisely fit on both road and time trial bikes utilizing the company’s new Vantage 3D Motion Capture tool. Team Sky ended their historically successful 2012 season as the world’s #1 ranked team and plans to continue their winning ways in 2013.

Retül continues a partnership with Team Sky, which originally began when the team was created in 2009. In January 2013, Retül completed three days of work with Team Sky providing a full range of bike fit services. Sky riders underwent comprehensive 3D analyses of their positions from which detailed changes were made to improve performance. Throughout the 2013 season Retül will continue to work directly with the team’s sports scientists and mechanics to provide market-leading bike fit expertise in helping to maximize rider output. The full Retül suite of bike fit of products, including the Vantage 3D motion capture system, The Levül adjustable wheel block and the Müve Dynamic Fitting bike, will be used by Team Sky throughout their 2013 season.
